We help Uzbek IT and STEM students and job seekers find their path and build the career they choose.

Our Story

HaksengUz was founded in 2021 by international student Xasan Jo'rayev who experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating career paths in Korea. We struggled with language barriers, cultural differences, and a lack of guidance.

After finding success through the help of mentors and supportive communities, I realized that many others were facing the same struggles. I decided to create a platform that would connect students and professionals with experienced mentors who could guide them through their journey.

Today, HaksengUz has grown into a thriving community of over 1300 members, with mentors from diverse industries helping the next generation succeed in Korea.
